Notice of AGM
Notice of AGM – Please be advised that the Thompson Okanagan Football Club will be holding its Annual General Meeting.
Dec 10th 2014 Time: 6:30 pm
Location: Sheraton 4Points at the Kelowna Airport
Any person is allowed to attend the meeting, but only members are allowed to vote.
Membership is defined as representatives of the partner clubs. I have attached the club’s constitution and bylaws. Bylaws can be changed at General Meetings including the AGM.
Election of board, financial approvals and other business will be discussed.
